Has the AATF contracted with a hotel for discounted rooms?

Sessions are being held at the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie - Paris Ile-de-France and the AATF was not required to secure additional space for the convention. As a result, there is no hotel contracted for discounted rooms.

The AATF is working to arrange with FIAP for slightly discounted rooms to be offered for the duration of the AATF Convention.

How do I purchase optional activity tickets?

If 2027 AATF Convention Registration has already been purchased and you would like to add tickets for different events (Activities, meals, etc.), please contact EVENTS to discuss the next steps.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Early-Bird 2027 AATF Convention Registration cancellation is non-refundable due to the discounted rate.
Any other 2027 AATF Convention Registration cancellation is subject to a 40% cancellation fee after May 1, 2027.
The purchase of any Convention Event Add-Ons/Optional Activity tickets are non-refundable. Tickets for all workshops, Evening Activities, any meals, etc. may be reassigned to a different convention attendee by the original purchaser.
