Convention FAQs

Passengers can board Logan Express Back Bay at all terminals at Boston Logan. Please follow signage to the terminal curb. Traveling from the airport to Back Bay is free!  

There are two drop-off locations in Back Bay for passengers traveling from Boston Logan. When arriving in Back Bay, the first stop will now be near Back Bay Station, followed by a drop-off at 800 Boylston Street. Please listen carefully to the stop announcements to disembark at the correct location.  

1. Stuart Street, near the Dartmouth Street entrance to Back Bay Station.
2. 800 Boylston Street, near the Boylston Street entrance to the Prudential Center.

Service runs 7 days a week, every half hour, 6am-10pm

***Ensure the bus indicates Back Bay as pictured above to arrive at the correct stop***

Additional Logan Express Information

There are two pickup locations in Back Bay where passengers can board Logan Express to Boston Logan. 

1. 800 Boylston Street, near the Boylston Street entrance to the Prudential Center – departing on the hour/half hour
2. In front of the Dartmouth Street entrance to Copley Place, directly across the street from Back Bay Station (Orange Line, Commuter Rail, and Amtrak) – departing a few minutes after the hour/half hour

Service runs 7 days a week, every half hour, 5am-9pm

If 2026 AATF Convention Registration has already been purchased and you would like to add tickets for different events (Activities, meals, etc.), please contact EVENTS to discuss the next steps.

The purchase of any Convention Event Add-Ons are non-refundable. Tickets for all workshops, Evening Activities, any meals, etc. may be reassigned to a different convention attendee by the original purchaser.
