Description: The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Saint Anselm College, a Roman Catholic undergraduate liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition in Manchester, NH, invites applications for an adjunct faculty position in French. The successful candidate will teach one elementary French language course in the fall semester 2024 (in person, with possible continuation beyond the fall semester, depending on student numbers). Submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching ability (such as student evaluations, if available), and academic transcripts to the attention of Dr. Susanne Rossbach, Department Chair, via the college website at www.anselm.edu/hr. Three letters of recommendation are required and should be submitted in PDF format via email to the department faculty assistant, Karen Harrington (kharrington@anselm.edu). Required Skills: An M.A. or ABD in French is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level and must possess native or near-native fluency in French and English.

Required Experience: Teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred. Successful candidates will be able to assist the college to further its strategic goals for institution-wide diversity and inclusiveness.
