NATIONAL FRENCH WEEK 2010
The AATF is pleased to announce its organization of the twelfth annual National French Week. This week-long celebration of all things French will take place in schools and communities and AATF chapters across the U.S. from November 4-10, 2010. We are asking our members and any other interested Francophones and Francophiles to take French out of the classroom and demonstrate all the reasons to learn French.
We have identified major themes for each day of National French Week:
Day 1 - Cuisine
Day 2 - Science, Technology, and Careers
Day 3 - the Arts and Arts and Crafts
Week-end - Community Events
Day 6 - Sports, Games, and Traditions
Day 7 - Music and Dance
On this Web site you will find information and ideas reprinted from past issues of the AATF National Bulletin as well as items specifically created for this Web site. A new National French Week poster will be distributed to all AATF members in the April 2011 National Bulletin. Additional posters and other promotional items will be available in the summer.
