3.1 Students use appropriate art terms in French to describe their own floats, snowmen, and puppets
3.2 Using technology, students complete a worksheet in which they simulate booking a room in Québec

4.1 Students make comparisons between French and English while using cognates in order to simulate booking a room in Québec
4.2 Students compare “Carnaval” with winter celebrations in their own community

5.1 Students prepare their own mini carnival à la québécoise and videotape it to show to other classes and/or to their parents at an open house
