| Any national winner of Le Grand Concours
2010 in Level 3, 4 or 5 (division A,
D, or E only) who earns a national rank (1-10) in Le Grand Concours

Any National First Place winner of Le
Grand Concours 2010 in Level 3, 4 or 5 (division A, D, or E only) who
is enrolled in grade 11. |
